Overview

Helping users replace smoking habits through a companion app and behavioral rituals

Breathelio

Description

Breathelio is a consumer platform built around a flavored air device (Lio) designed to help users replace smoking habits through alternative rituals. The mobile application acts as a companion, supporting users in their journey with tracking, exercises and habit-building features. GettingApp partnered to design and build the mobile application.

Challenge

Quitting smoking is not only a nicotine issue but also a behavioral habit deeply tied to daily rituals. Most solutions focus on substitution (patches, nicotine products) without addressing the underlying habit loop. The challenge was to create a digital experience that complements a physical product and helps users gradually replace their routines with healthier behaviors.
