Overview

Full digitalisation of the national honours decoration process

Honoré

Description

Honoré is a platform developed for the French Ministry of Ecological Transition to digitalise the entire process of awarding national honours (Légion d'honneur, Ordre national du Mérite, Mérite maritime). GettingApp acted as a product and technical partner over a 2-year engagement.

Challenge

Before Honoré, civil servants managed the entire honours process on paper: handwritten documents, email exchanges, scans, multiple verifications and complex amendments. The challenge was to replace a slow and time-consuming system with a reliable, accessible and widely adopted platform — within a demanding institutional context.
