Noora is a mobile application that allows users to scan food products and instantly understand their ingredients, with a focus on detecting potential allergens and sensitive components. Designed for everyday usage, the app simplifies complex food labels into clear and actionable insights. GettingApp partnered to design and build the iOS and Android applications.
Challenge
Food labels are often difficult to read and understand, especially for users with allergies or dietary restrictions. Identifying problematic ingredients requires time, knowledge, and attention, which is not practical in everyday situations. The challenge was to create a simple and fast tool that makes ingredient analysis accessible to anyone, directly from their smartphone.
