Description
Qonnect is a mobile-first platform enabling travelers to purchase and activate eSIM data plans worldwide, instantly and without physical SIM cards. GettingApp partnered to design and build the entire product ecosystem — from mobile apps to back-office and web platform — with a strong focus on user experience and simplicity.
Challenge
While eSIM technology is becoming widely available, existing solutions often suffer from poor user experience: complex purchase flows, lack of clarity in offers, and friction during activation. Travelers still face unnecessary complexity when trying to get connected abroad. The challenge was to design a product that removes friction entirely — from plan selection to activation — while managing the inherent complexity of international telecom offers.
