Description

Ringover is an all-in-one cloud telephony solution for sales, support and customer relations teams. The platform handles VoIP calls, eSIM, SMS, WhatsApp and other channels, connected to business tools like CRMs and helpdesks. GettingApp stepped in to stabilise critical product components and support international scale-up.

Challenge

Amid strong international growth, Ringover faced critical issues: an unstable high-volume messaging system, significant technical debt, and a hard-to-maintain native mobile app. GettingApp was brought in to take ownership of strategic product components, stabilise the existing system, and support scaling.
