Description
Weare is an internal social platform designed to help companies strengthen employee engagement and foster connections within teams. Combining social media dynamics with corporate communication tools, the app allows employees to share, interact and stay connected in a more informal and engaging way. GettingApp partnered to design and build the mobile application.
Challenge
Internal communication tools are often too formal or fragmented, making it difficult for employees to build connections and engage beyond work tasks. Platforms like Slack focus on productivity, but not on social interaction and company culture. The challenge was to create a mobile-first experience that encourages natural interactions while remaining adapted to a professional environment.
